Department of Pediatrics:
Division of Pediatric Cardiology

The Pediatric Cardiology provides comprehensive care for children and young adolescents with the diagnosis and evaluation of risk factors for developing cardiovascular disease in adulthood. We care for children with heart or blood vessel problems that may or may not require surgery. The patient's pediatrician or primary care physician will assist in the referral process and maintain a close working relationship with the cardiologist throughout diagnostic tests and procedures and any surgical care, as well as help parents manage the ongoing daily care of their child. Pediatric Cardiologist is available through in-patient consultation or referral only.

Department of Pediatrics:
Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology
The Pediatric Gastroenterology fully evaluate and treat pediatric patients with intestinal, hepatobiliary and nutrition-related disorders. The pediatrician is sensitive to the needs of infants, children and adolescents with gastrointestinal disorders. Procedures are performed only on carefully selected patients.
Diseases such as malabsorption, chronic diarrhea, failure to thrive, abdominal pain, peptic disease, constipation, encopresis (fecal incontinence or soiling), inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hepatitis, portal hypertension, parasitic infestation and hyperlipidemia are evaluated. In addition, we perform a number of different medical procedures and tests that help in the diagnosis and management of children with specific conditions. Procedures available include esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, endoscopic biopsy, removal of foreign body and polypectomy, total parenteral nutrition, enteral tube feeding and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) placement.

Pediatric Neurology

The Pediatric Neurology performs comprehensive evaluations and treatment of children with suspected disorders of the nervous system. We treat complex neurological disorders in newborns to older adolescents suffering from disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, or muscles. We provide care for children with a wide variety of medical needs, including those who: have been admitted to our hospital for acute primary neurologic conditions, need a neurology consultation as part of their in-patient care, and require neurological care while recovering in our hospital. Department of Cardiac Lab. :

The Department of Cardiac laboratory is a special hospital room equipped with 3D-4D Ultrasound, Stress Test machine, 24 hours Holter and ECG machine where doctors can perform minimally invasive test and procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease.

The procedures performed in a cardiac laboratory almost always involve tiny, flexible tubes, called catheters, which can be use instead of surgery, to access the heart and blood vessels.

A It has special imaging equipment used to see the arteries and check how well blood is flowing to and from the heart. This information helps the care team to diagnose and treat blockages and other problems in the arteries.
