The Emergency Department is dedicated to rapid interventions. We are uniquely equipped and skilled to handle all cases at all times, even in unprecedented circumstances. Our systems have allowed us to adapt while maintaining the highest standards for safety. We provide exceptional emergency care, with adult and pediatric emergency. Also, we provide an environment that is non-threatening and calming for children and geriatric as well as informative and assuring to parents and relatives. We are equipped to treat anything from colds and upset stomach to chronic or critical illnesses. In addition, we are equipped to manage injuries and illnesses that range from minor to life threatening condition. We maintain extended evaluations, testing, diagnosis and treatment for injuries from motor-vehicle accidents, seizure disorders, cardiac dysrhythmias, lacerations, respiratory distress, sprains and fractures. Above all, our skilled team of physicians, nurses, and other specialists are friendly, caring, and well-trained. We are committed to keep you informed and involved throughout every stage of your care. We are also committed to treat you and your families with respect and compassion. We pledge to listen to you with sensitivity and respond to your needs. Our emergency room is designed to create a comfortable and calming ambiance while our patients receive emergency medical services. We keep our beds, for emergency and trauma care, in the treatment area well separated and curtained to protect the privacy of our patients and their families. The emergency care unit is also supported with a 24-hour pharmacy to ensure the availability of medicine at all times. Our hospital provides a wide range of room types and amenities. All rooms have been designed with the patient’s comfort, clinical needs, privacy and safety in mind to heal better and recover faster. General ward, semi-private rooms, private rooms and suites, pediatric wards and isolation unit are available at different rates. A valuable feature of the hospital accommodation is that a family member can stay overnight with the patient, even in semi-private rooms and general wards, to provide company and to speak with their attending physician directly about the treatment plan and progress of their patient. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, well-lit and well-disinfected. With each bed installed with the nurse call button, patients can be reassured that their needs will be attended to promptly. Visiting Policy: 1. Children below 7 years of age are discouraged from visiting confined patients. 2. Visiting / viewing hours for Nursery may vary depending on the unit policies. 3. Recommended patient visiting hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm only. 4. Patients in private rooms are allowed a maximum of two (2) visitors however only (1) family member / watcher is allowed to stay with them during the night. 5. Only one (1) family member for in-patients in semi-private rooms and wards are allowed to stay with them during the night. Covid-19 visiting guidelines: 1. “NO VISITORS ALLOWED” policy is strictly implemented.
